The COVID-19 epidemic has catalyzed unprecedented questions for leaders, entrepreneurs, and business owners. With a world plunged into uncertainty, what can we fall back on to stay centered, grounded, and moving in the right direction? When we can no longer rely on outside circumstances to stay stable, the direction of leadership development is inward, asking not "what" or "how" questions, but "who." Who is the self that leads? What is the source of my unshakability as a leader? How can I tap into my innate wisdom and inner strengths?

Our emerging workforce is increasingly demanding meaning from their work, and as a result leadership models are evolving to be human-centered, collaborative, and inclusive. As I like to say, you don't lead a company; you lead people. This workshop reflects over a decade of research and experience in burnout and leadership and is a precursor to my upcoming book, The Six Traits of Unshakable Leaders. Show up and tap into your six traits of unshakable leadership in order to develop a strong sense of self, community, and consciousness that catalyzes and promotes your company to perform at its highest level.
