Jamie Dandar McKinney is the President and Founder of Jamie Empowers, Inc., a company whose mission is to empower women to ditch doubts, speak up and achieve the careers they deserve and desire. She is a speaker, coach, virtual workshop leader and author of the book, Speak Up, Sister! The Professional Woman's Guide to Confidence and Success. She is dedicated to sharing the formula she discovered for leading with confidence and earning success!
Ditch Doubts!
The first 20 years of Jamie’s career were spent working her way up in heavily male-dominated industries, including automotive, oil and gas, and commercial real estate and holding positions ranging from the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to Chief Strategy Officer. She holds an M.B.A. and was recognized by the Denver Business Journal as a Top 40 Woman in Energy, she jokes that her stilettos have steel-toes.
Jamie lives in Denver, CO with her husband, Rob, and their dog, Penny. She calls on Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg as her spirit animal.
