Annual Holiday Soirée Fundraiser

No mixing and mingling this year but plenty of merriment!
It's time to raise funds at the VVBW Annual Holiday Soirée. The annual event looks a bit different this year with the same great cause...providing scholarships for Eagle County high school graduates. To keep our community safe and healthy, we are hosting an on-line auction with fabulous, one-of-a-kind items and a drive-through pick up and toy drive.
Location & Schedule: On-Line Auction
- The bidding fun begins on November 23rd and ends December 8th, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. MST.
- The on-line auction is free to join.
- If you are interested in making a donation in addition to or instead of bidding on a item; look for the donation tab on the auction website. All proceeds go directly to the scholarship fund.

- Mountain Recreation Field House - Parking Lot Adjacent to Field House
- 450 Miller Ranch Road, Edwards, CO 81632
- 4:30pm: Pick-Up of Auction Items Open
- 7:30pm: Pick Up of Auction Items Closes
We ask that during pick-up you wear a mask, remain in your car and maintain 6' of social distancing. Our team will deliver your winnings to your car!
If you are not able to pick-up your items please email info@vvbw.org to make other arrangements.
We Appreciate You: Drive-up pick only, in lieu of refreshments, we will have a delightful Holiday Gift during pick-up to express our gratitude for your generous support.

Support Annual VVBW Scholarships
The soirée is the most important scholarship fundraiser of the year for our organization. VVBW annually awards college scholarships to female Eagle County high school graduates planning to attend two or four-year institutions in the field of business. One hundred percent of the group’s fundraising provides college scholarships, and in 2019 seven local students received scholarships.
Bright Future Foundation Toy Drive
We are also collecting new, unwrapped toys for a holiday toy drive for children served by the Bright Future Foundation. Bright Future is a nonprofit organization whose mission is making futures bright for those affected by domestic violence and sexual abuse.
