Julie Kiddoo is the owner of Revolution Power Yoga, in Avon and Glenwood Springs and the author of Bye-Polar: A Journey of Resilience, Power & Freedom. Julie has completed over 1,200 hours of training with Baptiste Yoga, is a LifeForce Yoga Level 1 Practitioner and is a teacher and leader of yoga; influencing hundreds of lives on and of the mat. She loves being on her yoga mat, spending time in nature, having fun with friends an family and being a difference maker in our community.
