Annual Holiday Soirée Fundraiser & Toy Drive

It's time to mix, mingle and raise funds at our annual soirée event!

Please save the date for the VVBW Annual Holiday Soiree event which is open for all to attend (not just women). Our annual fundraiser event supports local Eagle County high school girls to further their post-graduate education in partnership with the YouthPower 365 Dollars for Scholars. Remember to bring a pre-wrapped toy to donate to Bright Future Foundation too! 

Pre-Event Silent Auction: 

• Online Silent Auction Open November 10th - December 8th.
• All auction items will be available for pick up on December 8th at the Holiday Soiree Event.

Event Schedule:

• 5:30 p.m.: Event Begins
• 7:15 p.m.: Silent Auction Ends
• 7:30 p.m.: All Auction items available for pick up and check-out

Refreshments: Light appetizers will be available as well as a cash bar serving an assortment of domestic and craft beer and wine. 

Parking: Discount valet parking is available for $15.00. There is no self parking available on site.

Your advance registration helps us plan for a great evening and reduces check-in wait time. You will receive an email when your registration is confirmed. Please register for one ticket at a time per person.

Ticket Prices:

• New this year...this event is open to everyone (guys this means you); so bring your spouse, boyfriend, significant other, neighbor, son, best friend, etc.
• Advance registration or at check in | $15 for Guests and Associate members
• At check in | $15 suggested donation for Corporate and Executive members
• A portion of the proceeds goes to the annual scholarship fund. 

The soirée is the most important scholarship fundraiser of the year for our organization. VVBW annually awards college scholarships to female Eagle County high school graduates planning to attend two or four-year institutions in the field of business. One hundred percent of the group’s fundraising provides college scholarships, and in 2020 five local students received scholarships. 

Bright Future Foundation Toy Drive

• Attendees are asked to bring new, wrapped toy with a label describing the contents for a holiday toy drive for the Bright Future Foundation.
• Bright Future is a nonprofit organization whose mission is making futures bright for those affected by domestic violence and sexual abuse.
• Toys collected from the drive are gifts for children served by Bright Future.
