VVBW is proud to present Finance, Fashion and Fun!  Financial planning is quite similar to a wardrobe assessment and potentially a makeover. Lisa Durant, Investment and Wealth Strategist at High Country Capital Management presents fun approach to financial planning parlayed through the language of fashion. Learn how to assess your finances and goals with tips on investment allocation, diversification, risk management, and tax optimization.  

Lisa is an Investment and Wealth Strategist at High Country Capital Management serving clients throughout Colorado and the United States with a concentration in mountain towns. Lisa works with clients to understand needs and wants customizing a financial plan and investment strategy for each. In addition to retirement and education planning, she serves clients with concentrated stock positions, complicated estate planning needs, and those interested in aligning beliefs with investment strategy. Lisa was formerly a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, and has worked advising startup companies on business planning. She started her career working for Martha Stewart directly in New York City. 

Lisa is passionate about financial education for youth as a volunteer, and enjoys facilitating Women & Wealth seminars. Outside of finance, Lisa loves hiking, skiing, biking, travel, and gourmet cooking.
